Two hour Class: Lecture, Class Demo Scene and Audience Lecture Demonstrations

Class Description:
There is no need for toys. You can play anytime with energetic hands and body. This class offers sensual face slapping, energetic body punching, body locking, and body walking in a rhythmic way. The play focus will be on how to to play safely, create a spiritual flow, utilize rhythm percussion, and how to create an energetic flow with mindful intention for your play-partner.

The first hour consists of a lecture with handouts, audience technique demonstrations, and technique demonstrations with a demo-model. In the second hour will consist audience participation, part lecture, and finally Q & A. The class is designed for all levels and those who are interested in playing, and wish to learn rhythmical impact-play styles and techniques.

Instructor Bio:
Former Project Manager for the award winning 'Bay Area Women of Color Photo Project, Heart has been involved in the Kink community since 2000. She has received her formal "Ritual High-Protocol" training from her former mentor whom introduced her to the high ritual lifestyle arts at that time.

In addition to being interviewed by the Spectator Magazine and the former Eros Guide Zine, Heart has also been a featured Flogging demonstrator at San Francisco Folsom Street Fair' where she first introduced her sensual rhythmic style of Flogging to the women's community. She has also participated in 'Ask a Top', a panel presented by the Society of Janis.

Heart brings an intimate knowledge in the areas of committed spiritual practice, art, poetry, intense personal self-examination, continued education, professional community involvements, and social activism.
