Outside Rules

Let’s keep neighbors happy!

• Do not block anyone’s driveway ever, even temporarily.
• Do not disturb neighbors with loud conversation.
• Do not wear costumes or inappropriate clothing on the street.
• Wait inside the gate for rides home.
• No lingering or loitering on the sidewalk outside the gate.

House Rules

• No nonconsensual photography or video.
• No body glitter.
• No illegal drugs or activities.
• No non-consensual activities.
• No hard liquor.
• No one under 18 years of age or 21 years of age, if beer or wine is available.
• No smoking, including cannabis, inside (if smoking outside, use ash trays).
• No DJs or use of sound systems.
• No wax around rugs or without a surface cover.
• No scenes involving fire.
• No toy gun props.
• No sharp knife props.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

Safety First!

• Always call 911 in the case of a life threatening emergency.
• AED kit (defibrillator) is mounted on the kitchen wall.
• First Aid Kits are in all bathrooms and on the kitchen wall.
• Fire extinguishers are mounted on the kitchen wall and by the front door.
• Smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and flood lights are hardwired.

Cleaning

• TURN UP THE LIGHTS to clean!
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
• Turn off all lights, heat, fans, and music (okay to leave speakers on).
• Clean and return all used items, including furniture and equipment, back to where you found them.
• Vacuum the floors (vacuum cleaner found near laundry unit).
• Make sure bathrooms are dry and tidy, and replace used towels with fresh towels.
• Place used linens, towels, and ropes (in the mesh laundry bag) in the hamper bins by the dryer.
• Use fresh linens to redress the bed and replace pillow cases.
• Make sure all doors are locked before departure.
• Use CaviCide to clean all used and exposed surfaces. This includes countertops, implements, floors, furniture, door knobs, etc...
• Thoroughly wipe down equipment!
• Wipe up any floor spills thoroughly using alcohol to avoid slipping and falling.
• Wash, dry, and put away used dishes.
• Take out garbage from all the rooms.
• Replace garbage bin liners (found in kitchen - pull out drawer, under counter).
• Take out kitchen garbage and recycling to the big bins located outside across from the kitchen porch (grey is recycling, brown is garbage).
• Please sort Recycling bin as needed. No paper towels, food, or food cartons.
